I had one bottle of this. So, when to drink, and with what?!!! I picked some leftover rib roast that I had thawed. It fortunately came out of the warming draw perfecto. And---with some risotto and I threw in some leftover peas. Let's get to the wine! Looks mature in the glass- the legs-"like butta" No, forget that, there are a lot! Nose- out of the bottle-enticing and "YA Mon," it's Bordeaux! So after the initial experience w some breathing, folks, there are a lot of tannins left in this wine which really made an appearance after breathing. It's a tasty little bugger but, what would happen if you left it in the cellar for a couple of more years???????? I will leave that you and follow your reviews. Wine on!

Opened up after 30 mins, starting to fade - the alcohol is muting the intensity of the flavours and the finish is fairly short; there isn't enough acidity to balance it. Still an easy drinker!

Nice fruity nose on opening. Floral and plum. Takes another 2 hours to get integrated. Full body and jammy unlike most bordeaux. Acidity is high and even after 3 hours it is still tangerine like. I believe it is still too young at the moment. Will wait another 2-3 years.
