A powerful wine on opening that settled down nicely after 24 hours!! Plum, blueberry, cigar box and clove. And a licorice note on the finish. Full bodied, and whilst tannic, not unpleasantly so. High acidity, long finish. Is a really good wine.

Quite powerful (15% abv) but very pleasant. No obvious alcohol "burn". Dense colour but a fair amount of age. A diffuse sort of wine, lacking structure, even at 13 degrees. Absolutely straight: lacks any complexity at all. All in all rather like a turbocharged decent supermarket wine.

An alternative to buying a bottle of Parker Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is to visit your local hardware store and purchase a 16-oz hammer for say fifteen bucks. Then use the hammer to pound yourself in the skull as many times as possible until you fall unconscious. The next day you will awake, probably in hospital, probably with some form of brain damage, but you will have saved yourself twenty or thirty bucks and will have had an experience not dissimilar to drinking a bottle of Parker Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon.

Plum, cassis, berries. A very full bodied cab sav with tannins still very pronounced. Lovely with our bbq’d rib eye. Years to go.

Still medium tannin. Lots of cassis with a woody finish. Fresh acidity. Not too hot or heavy for the 15% alcohol
