Friday, November 16, 2018 - A less pungent than expected nose of apricot, cashews some lees and cedar oak. The palate is where this wine shines, with a luscious, creamy mouthfeel balanced by perfect acidity. Flavours of apricot, toast, butter, brioche and biscuit coat the mouth leaving a very long and complex finish lingering long after the wine is swallowed. If you have any more bottles of this you can leave them for at least another 5 years with absolute confidence.
