At opening this was a little disjointed and not sure what was going on. Lots of complexity but felt like it hadn’t yet come together very good after a decent and about 3 hours of air.

Beautiful NSG. Emphatic floral notes on the nose and palate provide a nice balance to the ample red fruit and old world funk.

Our Christmas Day wine for 2018. Lovely very typical Chevillion NSG. Earthiness balanced with background slightly smoky fruit. Highly pleasurable

pretty darn good on night one, not as much on night two, this had good structure (read acidity) and while it had some fruit lurking it was about the non-fruit palate, both nose and palate had perfume and flowers... very interesting... will be keen to see what it does in five years
