A correct NSG vis a vis the vintage. Dark fruit with minerality. Some complexity and enough intrigue to keep developing through the evening

Very green and herbal, which I normally like, but this is pretty extreme. Similar to a very cool Spatburgunder. Showed some evolution finally by day 3. I’d move it to the back of the cellar and hope it comes alive with another decade or two.

Nicely developed, mature fruit on nose. Somewhat green tannins in the glas, which was rather suprising. Really unsure how this will be in a couple of years...
