  Drink more Priorat, especially one like this with some age and made from Carignane and Grenache old vines. 14.5% abv. black cherry cedar vanilla licorice

  Loads of iodine, very salty and mineral nose, strawberries and cherries... Very very fresh, nice acidity and minerality followed by crisp red ripe cherries, nice wine but not very complex yet.

  Deep purple. On the nose medium intensity aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, leather, lavender, cedar. On the palate the wine is dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol and medium plus body. The flavor intensity is medium plus with blackcurrant, blackberry, leather, lavender, cedar. The finish is medium. The wine is good demonstrating balance and some intensity however it lacks complexity and length on the finish. Somewhat disappointing

  Eðalklúbbur, vínsmakk #3 vor 2021 (Bólstaðarhlíð 29): Víninu var umhellt í fjóra tíma fyrir smökkun. Lokað miðað við það. Gult UHU lím, lakk og grænjaxlar í nefi. Síðan komu fjólur og lofnarblóm og enn síðar kaffi og lakkrís. Á tungu dökkur ávöxtur og apótekaralakkrís. Svolítið hrjúft og ekki í nógu góðu jafnvægi. Batnaði svo í glasi. Einhver nefndi að alkóhól væri áberandi. Björgvin þolir ekki þetta vín en ég held að flestir aðrir hafi verið nokkuð sáttir við það.

  Nach wie vor sehr jugendliche Farbe. Dunkles Rubin, violette Reflexe. Brombeerige Nase, etwas Hollerkoch, Zimt, Honig. Am Gaumen bombig, tolle Säure, sehr präsente Tannine, druckvolle, dunkelbeerige Frucht nach Brombeeren, Holunder. Schöne Extraktsüsse (Honigtouch), brillantes, mineralisches Finale. Toll!
