This wine seemed to check all the boxes: intensity, balance, depth, complexity, etc. But for some reason it lacked something to make me love it. It just was not exciting or interesting. Decanted for two hours, then served with a garlic/rosemary/pepper roast leg of lamb. Try again in a couple of years, perhaps with less flamboyant food.

醒酒一个半小时,中宝石红偏紫色,回塞两小时,闻香有一些草本植物的青味,香气有些脂粉气,草莓,红苹果,水果糖,泡泡糖,还有甜香料和香草的气息,入口酸度中高,酒液咸,单宁紧致,颗粒细腻如粉,矿物感清晰,口感粘稠,红果,青味,混合着香料感,后段辛辣,有酒精感,余味红果味,还有爆棚的木质香气和香草气息,满口留香。用桶很精致,整晚都处于很开放的状态,虽然酒体中等偏重,但酒做得很平衡,单宁打磨漂亮,酒还很年轻,已经进入适饮期,有畅快饮用的愉悦感,又不乏深度和复杂度,不愧为同类型酒的标杆之作,继续陈年还会有更好的发展。
