  Very fine Aligoté. Tons of steely mineral tension, a bit of reduction, and a depth of orchard fruit (pear, unripe apricot), with a hint of muskmelon. Mouthwatering salinity and nice acidity. Very elegant, light but textural and a bit of persistence on the finish. 91
  
  After a couple nights in the fridge, the reduction has disappeared, and the palate has acquired a lovely Chenin-like (aligote dore?) dimension - showing honeysuckle and wax on the nose, with extra depth of woolly minerality and golden raisin on the finish. Marvelous. 93

  pale color, fresh citrus and floral scents, light and easy, fresh flavors of honey, lime, camomile and mineral, elegant and well packaged, beautiful summer wine, grilled shrimp please
