Anise on the nose, citrus and lemony to the bone. Mineral and minty also. Coffee bean even! Amazing! Energetic!
Opulent mouthfeel, there is not finesse but who needs it when you got something like this Caillerets.
Individuality to the end.
Color amarillo meloso.
En nariz anís, cítricos y fuertemente alimonado. Mineral y mentolado también. ¡Incluso pepita de café! Maravilloso y energético
Sensación en boca opulenta, no hay finura pero quien la necesita cuando tienes algo como este Caillerets.

A village vineyard I knew before but a nice surprise this time.
Sunflowers seeds, mineral and crispy roasted chicken. Incredible.
Palate is more timid. A bit acidic.
Perfect aroma. That was the point.
