Nose of vanilla custard and candies ginger. Almost black licorice too? Fewer bubbles and creamy. Not syrupy but more viscous than a blanc de blancs.

Nose: Clean, roses and orchard fruit, bubbles.
Palate: De-lovely. Off dry with a light sweetness perfectly balanced with restrained acidity on the finish. Ripe pears, peaches, summer roses & a whisper of apricot cream. Just the right amount of lively bubbles.
