Tasted by IlonaN on 12/29/2016 & rated 90 points: Always a pleasure to drink. I like the discreet bubbles and mineral notes in this wine. (1809 views)
Tasted by gmbdds on 6/27/2015 & rated 89 points: Refreshing and barely fizzy, a nice apertif with melon notes and acidity. I liked this better than the last bottle and would be more inclined to buy again. (2739 views)
Tasted by oolah on 4/18/2015: Still delicious, but not as lively. Drink up! (2949 views)
Tasted by oolah on 4/12/2015: Still lively, but if you have one of these, bottoms up. Not quite as fruity as it was last fall, though still enjoyable and a good way to celebrate spring. (2936 views)
Tasted by BURGHen Boy on 11/28/2014 & rated 88 points: Fresh sweet cranberry and raspberry. Vibrant and slightly sweet. (3207 views)
Tasted by gmbdds on 11/22/2014 & rated 87 points: Dry and refreshing with a bit of fizz. Not a lot of flavor, but clean and pleasant. (2331 views)
Tasted by fitchbuck on 11/1/2014 & rated 90 points: With all the hype - was expecting more. (1697 views)
Tasted by JOsgood on 10/8/2014: A blast to have this wine with Pinxtos in San Sebastián. Clean and crisp with that touch of red fruit (2069 views)
Tasted by SteveG on 9/30/2014 & rated 91 points: As with previous vintages, a consistent crowd-pleaser. Barely fizzy, beautifully colored, and clean but vinous, well-made adult soda-pop, meant as a compliment. (1804 views)
Tasted by Bakerbd on 9/21/2014 & rated 89 points: Ripe strawberry, mineral, a bit petillant. Fun wine (1468 views)
Tasted by Loren Sonkin on 9/1/2014 & rated 90 points: A Labor of Love (and wine and beer) (Our home): A wine I like year in and out. Salmon pink in color. The nose has nice strawberries. Still a good amount of spritz on it. Tart red berries on the palate. Refreshing and easy to drink. There is also some depth here. (2349 views)
Tasted by nicefish on 9/1/2014 & rated 90 points: Perfect summer sipper. (1590 views)
Tasted by oolah on 8/27/2014: Great vintage for this. Zippy with great minerality and bubbly strawberries. Really more than made up for last years flabbiness. (1652 views)
Tasted by Jack O'Brien on 8/19/2014: How is this not a perfect wine as far as Rose` goes, especially Txakoli rosado. Great light red berry fruits, citrus zest and the carbonation makes this dangerously consumable, especially at the beach or anywhere near the ocean. (1589 views)
Tasted by Jack O'Brien on 8/8/2014: Killer good this year. More fruit and less acidic (for Txakoli) than last year. (1656 views)
Tasted by VinoKim on 7/16/2014: Bright pink rose water color. Scents of sweet tarts, strawberry, melon and a chalkiness. Flavors or fresh strawberries- bright clean fruit, pamello, lime citrus acidity and a hint of vanilla. Great with Shrimp pasta with lemon. (1725 views)
Tasted by drwine2001 on 7/8/2014: Medium pink. Bursting with strawberry and dark cherry on the nose. Adds melon rind and good acidity. Full bodied, full flavored rose with a bit of spritz. (1632 views)
Tasted by Hollowine on 7/7/2014: Fantastic stuff. Refreshing, bright, and as others have stated the slight spritz is enhancing rather than distracting. May end up being one of my go-to summer Rose's... (1807 views)
Tasted by christyler on 7/7/2014 & rated 90 points: Had high expectations for this one, and it over-delivered. The spritz gives it enough personality to make it unique and interesting, but it's still a delicious crowd-pleaser. Strawberries and a touch of salinity. (1613 views)
Tasted by mfriedman12 on 7/5/2014 & rated 89 points: Truly delightful summer wine. (1375 views)
Tasted by the godfather on 7/4/2014: I would drink this all the time (1332 views)
Tasted by JOsgood on 7/4/2014: Great stuff. So good and delicious. A blast and love the light spritz. (1446 views)
Tasted by jsherdc on 6/27/2014 & rated 88 points: Frizzy. Interesting but slightly bitter at the end. 88/89 (1266 views)
Tasted by nzinkgraf on 6/26/2014: Juicy, mineral, spritz, not not fruity, but dry and not so watermelon. VERY refreshing, utmost mouthwateringliness. (1284 views)
Tasted by JOsgood on 6/26/2014: This is super fantastic. So delicious and refreshing. Love the light amount of spritz. (1443 views)

Spain

Vinos de España - Wines of Spain (Instituto Español de Comercio Exterior) | Wikipedia
Wine Map on weinlagen-info

Spain is the third largest wine producing nation in the world, occupying the majority of the Iberian Peninsula with vast diversity in climate, culture, and of course, wine. From inky, dark reds of the [Priorat] to dry, white Finos from Andalusia, Spain can easily boast of elaborating a wide variety of notable styles. Within Spain there are currently 62 demarcated wine regions, of which a handful have gained international recognition: [Rioja], Priorat and [Ribera del Duero]. Yet these regions are only a small sample of the high quality wines Spain produces. Regions such as Cava, Penedes, Somontano, Galicia, Rueda and Jerez are only a few of the numerous regions worthy of exploration throughout Spain. Spain can also lay claim to having the most land under vine in the world, growing up to, by some accounts, 600 indigenous varietals of which Tempranillo is their most well known. Other popular varietals include [Garnacha], Bobal and Monastrell for reds and for whites; the infamous [sic] Palomino Fino grape which is used in the production of sherry wine, Pedro Ximenez in Montilla Morilles, Albarino used in the creation of the bright, effervescent wines of Galicia, and Verdejo in Rueda. - Source: - Catavino.net

Spain is not in the forefront of winemaking for its dessert wines, other than for its sweet wines from Sherry country including the highly revered Olorosos (when sweetened). But apart from Sherry Spain has a range of styles of dessert wines, ranging from the those made from the Pedro Ximenez grape primarily in Jerez and Montilla-Moriles) to luscious, red dessert wines made in the Mediterranean from the Garnacha (Grenache) grape. Some good Moscatels are made in Mallorca, Alicante and Navarre. The northwest corner of Spain, Galicia, with its bitter Atlantic climate, is even making dessert wines, called “Tostadillos” in the village of Ribadivia (similar to France’s “Vin de Paille”). The Canary Islands have made interesting dessert wines for centuries (they are mentioned by Shakespeare, for example) and in recent years the quality of winemaking has been improved and the Canary Islands wines are being better marketed now. The winemaking styles for “Vinos Dulces” are also diverse, from “Late Harvest” (Vendimia Tardía) to “Fortified Wines” (Fermentación Parcial). Based on in-spain.info.
