Dark Fruit and some interesting scented klenex floral notes on the nose, with typical spicy shiraz aspects as well. Big fruit on the front palate. Really expected this to hit harder and on the back end and it was pleasantly elegant. Mild tannins and a bit of oak, but not overdone. Nice finish that evolves over several notes.

Hits the palate HARD with very firm tannins, with very little fruit. Slight chemical taste and tart bright cherry finish. Long finish, but a bitter, distasteful one. Decanted for 2+ hours, and seemed to open up a bit, but needs much more. If you have a bottle, wait a couple of years to drink, and if you don't....don't get one.
