| (last edited 9/25/2012 5:04:01 PM by MystMrQ) Winemaker's Notes: The big diurnal temperature shift in this vineyard on Paso Roble’s west side lends the wine a piercing acidity that can only be Pesenti. In turn, this acid serves to lift the spice, sweet berry fruits and white pepper aromatics into the stratosphere. On the palate it is classic Paso Zinfandel; softer, higher tones with well-balanced acid and tannin structure and unique tartness.
