Very different and earthy than many of the Sav Blancs I've had. Shows that a white can get better with age, especially a new world white. Also was surprised at the 13.5% alcohol. Amazingly graceful, this wine has mellowed with age and transitioned from a young buck to a smooth, velvety grand dame. Drink in the next year if you have any. (34 views) |
