Lychee, appricots, rose water, and some very subtle pepper on the nose. Very well held together on the palette slightly off dry but with some acid to balance. Shame I only had one bottle of this, would have liked a re-visit in a year or two. A rich heady perfume of honey, rose, lychee, dried apricots, mandarins in syrup, green apple skin and a touch of lanolin. Off dry with surprising acidity (for a gew!), viscous mouthfeel, moderate - alcohol and a long finish... spicy, bold and big intensity, yet delicate as only a gewurztraminer can be.
