Aroma of toasted almond, wet straw, thyme, oak, touch of smoke. Complex flavour of greengage, apple pie, butter, nutmeg, rancid lemon, creme patisserie, hint of vanilla and sour apple. Starting with the aroma... everything you want in an oaked Chardonnay: vanilla, butter, stone, minerals, honey, apple, apricot, citrus, lime, lemon, in a really addicting way... wawoooooo 🥂🥂🥂

Clear bright yellow color, not too intense, with shades of green. Nice.
On the palate, same as aroma, beautiful mixture of citrus, apple, apricot, pear, oak, minerals & grass.
