Tasted by David_T on 3/5/2018 & rated 87 points: Petrol, apple, a bit of spice on the nose. The palate is dry and matches with light acidity. Perhaps a bit past prime but still drinking well at 10 years old. (598 views)
Tasted by Carniolan on 12/13/2012 & rated 89 points: smells of cinnamon and tropical fruit; tastes dry, acidic, citrusy; long finish - very nice food wine (1621 views)
Tasted by JoshA on 10/18/2010 & rated 86 points: Apples and apricot on the nose. Straightforward mild palate with a bit of a tart finish. (2383 views)
Tasted by stercomm on 4/30/2010 & rated 87 points: Similar notes from last meeting with this wine. On the nose getting lots of apple and some lemon slight hints of petrel more like the smell you get when standing in an auto mechanics shop. Mouth feel is a nice citrusy tartness. On the palate continues with the apples and lemons with a nice slate backbone, finish remins me a bit of those old lemon sour drops. As always this is a really good everyday wine that is great to pour for those who aren't big into wine; most folks with little wine background always like this wine. (2539 views)
Tasted by Ron Van Holland on 4/22/2010 & rated 90 points: Light yellow. Commendable nose of rose petals, petrol, and lemon-lime. Dry to off-dry with refreshing acidity on a light-medium body. Flavor focuses on the lemon-lime while the nose continues to reflect the rose petal and petrol in a marvelous juxtaposition -- delicious and with character. Medium finish on balanced citric notes. Overall, nicely balanced. Be forewarned: This is not a sweet fruit bomb. It is more along the lines of a domestic “dry riesling,” German “kabinett trocken,” or Alsatian riesling -- and has the personality to stand on its own. Outstanding QPR. (2635 views)
Tasted by armchairsommelier on 3/30/2010 & rated 85 points: A waft of petrol on the nose - little to no fruit there. Light bodied, tart flavors of lime and stone. Pear dominates on the finish. Easy to drink, but not terribly complex. Salud! (2236 views)
Tasted by jeremy_ross on 3/3/2010 & rated 86 points: Tart fruit, easy drinker. Good wine, if not one dimensional. (1446 views)

Tasted by DaddyO on 1/1/2010: Sour Lemon tanginess...did not appeal to me at all. (2591 views)
Tasted by Snoman on 12/20/2009 & rated 87 points: Enjoyable after a day of skiing....simple quaffer from Oz, with telltale Australian fruit, slightly off-dry, lacking bright acidity or other layers of minerality or petrol, but still great for the price. (1969 views)
Tasted by cobystilp on 12/18/2009 & rated 86 points: I'm just not a fan. It has very small amount of residual sugar. Flinty, somewhat bitter. Just ok. (1808 views)
Tasted by IrvineCellar on 12/17/2009 & rated 86 points: Lots of green fruit, like lime and pear. Acidic. Not too sweet. I really enjoyed this. 50, 4, 11, 15, 6 = 86 (Very Good) (1974 views)
Tasted by Kathamo on 10/6/2009 & rated 74 points: All stink (burnt rubber) and no fruit. (2011 views)
