Dried florals, sage and thyme. Smoke and a light hint of baking spices. On the tongue, tart cherry and raspberry that turns into wonderfully smooth earthy and leather characteristics. Then herbs and pepper and finally a medium length smokey finish. Medium high acid, medium high tannins, medium body. Both fierce and delicate. Very good.
