Tasted by Gatsbeaner on 3/12/2023 & rated 90 points: funky salty Brie cheese on the nose, medium acid, salty cheese and peaches on the palate. Beautiful wine. Peaches n cheese. Really good and unique. A little higher acid would be nice. (238 views)
Tasted by TannicBeast on 7/23/2020 & rated 89 points: Discovering Italian Wine @ the Texas Wine School. Med yellow with a green hue. Crisp, clean, med nose of white flowers, stone fruit, ripe citrus, wet stone. All stainless steel. The palate is dry, crisp, with med (+) acidity and alcohol (13.5%) and a nice stony minerality on the finish. Still drinking well at 5 years, this Fiano is ageworthy yet lacks some of the intensity of prior years. (554 views)
Tasted by SuperSomm on 9/10/2019: Medium lemon colour. Medium nose with apricot, honey melon, mushrooms and acacia honey. Taste of yellow apples, honey melon, honey, apricots, salt and minerals. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium (+) body with pronounced flavour. Lacks some fruit in the middle part, probably over the top. A good quality wine. Goes well with basic fish or shellfish. (99 views)
Tasted by Ben Christiansen on 8/28/2019: Salt and chalk on the nose. A touch almond and earthy on the nose. (832 views)
Tasted by Mplowe on 9/3/2018: Karen likes it (703 views)
Tasted by dreinitz on 8/5/2018 & rated 91 points: Clean, crisp, and dry, with an edge of mineral and notes of citrus and stone fruit. Very well balanced. Not overly complex, but delicious. (706 views)
Tasted by Ben Christiansen on 5/16/2018: White peaches and flowers and kinda tired? Or maybe just powerful. (803 views)
Tasted by srh on 3/3/2018: Winebar [4 Whites & 8 Reds] from 3/2/18 (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): “Immediately following harvest (early to mid-Oct), grapes are de-stemmed & undergo a gentle press followed by cold settling at 57˚F for 24-48 hrs. Fermented in s/s @ 61-64˚F; No malolactic fermentation; Aged 3 mos in s/s on the lees with an additional month in bottle prior to release; 33,333 cases bottled 5/1/16. 13.50% ABV;”

N: Minerals slightly atop lemons, pineapples with air?

P: Med, poss LM, body; RNDISH entry with NICE frt met by TANGY acidity which directs the wine all the way through the LONG, ult tangy/swt (85:15) with the barest HINT of honey. Could improve for 3-6 mos, then drink through '20 easily. My EXC-/EXC; [As of late Jan '20, this is apparently no longer available @ retail]. (297 views)
Tasted by MAXIMUM SATISFACTION on 1/12/2018 & rated 90 points: Fairly light and neutral but very clean/fresh. Minerals driven with distant citrus and melon. Slight dustiness on the finish. Not overly complex but nice. (717 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 12/3/2017 & rated 89 points: Easy going, charming white that goes really well with variety of antipasti, a bit reticent on the nose, but cleansing your palate thoroughly. (460 views)
Tasted by Bob H on 9/23/2017: Light yellow in the glass; somewhat neutral on the nose.

Crisp, bone dry and with good supporting acidity - great wine to pair with grilled seafood (and I will do just that later today). Has some complexity as well - this is not just a summer sipper. (546 views)
