funky salty Brie cheese on the nose, medium acid, salty cheese and peaches on the palate. Beautiful wine. Peaches n cheese. Really good and unique. A little higher acid would be nice.

Discovering Italian Wine @ the Texas Wine School. Med yellow with a green hue. Crisp, clean, med nose of white flowers, stone fruit, ripe citrus, wet stone. All stainless steel. The palate is dry, crisp, with med (+) acidity and alcohol (13.5%) and a nice stony minerality on the finish. Still drinking well at 5 years, this Fiano is ageworthy yet lacks some of the intensity of prior years.

Medium lemon colour. Medium nose with apricot, honey melon, mushrooms and acacia honey. Taste of yellow apples, honey melon, honey, apricots, salt and minerals. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium (+) body with pronounced flavour. Lacks some fruit in the middle part, probably over the top. A good quality wine. Goes well with basic fish or shellfish.

Salt and chalk on the nose. A touch almond and earthy on the nose.
