I think that this wine still has life and my improve some more.

Some graphite charcoal and burnt ash. Great balance. First bottle must have been bad. I like this very much. In the mouth these are bitter dark fruit
Very primary. Not an easy drink. Think I’ll leave it until tomorrow and open something else. No rating. Came back to it next day. No real improvement at all. Very disappointing. I also found it terrific but too young to drink. Lots of chalk/stone/minerals upfront with secondary notes of blue- and blackberries. (1916 views) |
