Nice oily mouthfeel. High acidity. Medium to long finish, some complexity. Drinking well now, don't think it will improve but will last for quite a few years. Lil grassy immediately but citrus an acidity punch that in the face immediately after swallowing. Acidity just lingers while light citrus notes fade This is a drinker now but I can’t wait to see what age does to this. I have a few more 375 bottles left. Note to self. Don’t open for 3 years.
