Introduction

The Dallas 2nd Wednesday Group gathered last night to taste our way through some white burgundies while noshing on some fresh seafood. Just like always a few extra off theme bottles managed to find their way into the line up. Here are the results:

    Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, fine beading. Nose of sea foam, yellow pears, yellow apples and a hint of brioche. Flavors of tangy yellow apples, yellow pears and a bit of lemon. Medium to bright acidity, medium to full bodied.
