A: Med- Int, Dash of Coconut, Very closed nose T: Med+ Acid, Med+ Body, Med+ Int, Med+ Finish Candied Ginger Subtle, not spicy, fleshy peach, mineral, Gorgeous fruit for sure
A: Med Intensity Reminds me of a good mineral driven nose of an Alsatian White [not floral] good mineral core
T: high acid, med+ body, long finish Green Apple/Golden Berries, a tightness, touch of oxidation on the finish but good
Conc: This wine reminds me of such Alsatian or even a tightly woven Chenin with that great mineral Core. can see this lasting for a long long time. But not like the other wines, would never guess Viognier/Marsanne.
