Introduction

The Theme was Bordeaux varieties and syrah.
I was cooking the meal, the time was 7pm, it was a sunny day, warm too, the house was airconditioned all was good.

Lamb Sausage on a bed of Sweet potatoes Infused with Crystal Hops
2nd COurse
Sous-Vide Ribeye Roast, with a "Vegetable Lasagna" that had a middle layer of Poblanos, Roasted Potato tossed in Turkey Jerky and Leeks
