    golden yellow. rich and sweet. sweet honey and buttery with nice minerals and acidity, although a little hot on the finish. after a while nose became more green with more dominant minerals, flint and toast.

    amazing nose of herbs and spices, sous bois, black olives, soy sauce, smoke and mushrooms. a little hot and alcoholic on the finish.
