Mauzac, Sauvignon and Muscadelle. Vivacious, fruity, floral, complete, muscat.
Ancient (70 - 100 years) Grenache gris (90%) with some maccabeu. Light and citrussy, bien typé.
Acacia, fresh bandages, lanolin, honey, virginia tobacco, firm acidity, tight acidity.
Slightly bretty, rich fruit, somewhat rough, grainy tannins, delicious.
Some honey, off-dry, balancing bitters, light, camphor. Perfect with Pierre Koffmann's pistachio soufflé.
