initial notes of graphite and metal slowly disappeared after some air, becoming sweeter with notes of cherry, plum and almond towards the end, reminding me of a Lafleur! a really pleasant surprise - thanks to Eric's generosity.
lovely old syrah nose. still quite healthy and vibrant.
