Introduction
Wines matched with the food of Emeril, Mario Batalli, Wolfgang Puck, and Charlie Trotter. Emerils dish was best and the old world wines showed better than the new world with the food.

Full opaque pitch black. MEdium aroma of black fruit and asphalt. Great sweet round black fruit on the palate. Quite nice.

Full opaque black/red. Subdued nose of garrique, black fruit, and forest floor. Mmmn, really nice spice black fruit with good acidity. Young.

A cooperation between Cuilleron, Gaillard, and Villard. Pale bright yellow. Feint mineral white/yellow fruit aroma. Mmmmn, lovely rich sweet white fruit on the palate. Really nice.
