I seem to taste a few Oregon wines every 5 to 10 years. Once again, the time had come, and once again, I won't be rushing back to try more. For whatever reason, the wines have never really resonated with me (at least based on the small sample I've had).
2011 Haden Fig Pinot Noir Rosé
USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley
An odd light red that was actually deeper than one of their red wines that was poured. Nose of melon rind. Full bodied, dry, citrus fruit.
