Lovely full yellow colour with a hint of gold; not very communicative on the nose, vinous, dry and minerally, hint of nuts; on the palate remarkably fresh and dry, much less oxidative than e.g. the Ygay Cappellania, reminiscent of an old-fashioned white Bordeaux, good length.
A blend of Callet and Manto Negro. Very ripe sweet fruit, strawberry and raspberry jam, sufficiently dry on the palate with some bitters, jammy and slightly estery finish. Flavoursome in its own way, not subtle but satisfying. Serve well chilled.
