It is hard to rate those unicorns, since they have such a different flavor spectrum. The color was a clear garnet red, quite youthful for its age. First some oxidization came to mind, but it seemed to be more volatile acidity which vanished with time. The bouquet showed some meat and truffles. But the wine was even better on the palate. Good to drink with a good flow and mouthfeel.
