John Rhode's annual meld of St Emilion and magic. He is a member of St Emilion Jurade and Magic Circle as well as Chairman of Nat West wine soc.

    Appearance: Salmon pink at the core, Medium (-) colour intensity

    Palate: Dry Medium (+) body Medium (+) acidity Medium (-) tannin

    Conclusion:- no smell, fresh clean, not very complex . Dry, but with an off dry finish . v nice 5/7

    NV - run off juice, usumally winery own stock 300 cases only merlot / cab franc - refused AC status as 'too rich, too serious'

Closing

Very enjoyable tasting.

Notes were taken withTastingBuddy software on PDA usingtheir structured system. However, they use a proprietary system, unable to export to wordprocessor/spreadsheet and text will not properly copy using copy/paste from their website so takes about as long to clean up odd formatting and missing words .
