  Nice ripe fruity nose with hints of earth. Sweet juiciness on the palate but big young tannins now. Can taste the potential. Give another 5 years in the cellar. Will reward with depth and more character in time to come.

  Light floral nose. Honeyed pear on the palate. Refreshing acidity. Smooth and nicely sweet. Hints of lemon at the end. Medium finish.

• 2010 Rocland Estate Chocolate Box Cherry Chocolate 88 Points

  Australia, South Australia, Barossa, Barossa Valley

  Dark reddish brown. Poured through Vinturi and left to air for 30 mins.
  Aromas of oak, chocolate, and milk. Creamy mouth-feel. Sweet cherries came up with more air. Slight sour tang of Mataro on the finish. Tannins surprisingly soft for such a young wine. Hardly feel the 15.5% alcohol. Long finish.

2010 Rocland Estate Chocolate Box Cherry Chocolate was good for the $31 I got it for. But the GSM blend was not exactly my friends' thing.
