Introduction
First time to try the venue of Dolev home, which seemed a good choice: the place is suitable for wine meetings, good service by Dolev & Sara, tasty cheese, good pasta etc.

We all enjoyed the evening: Yoram, Yigal, Moshe, Zeev, Avi S., Nurit & Asher Tishler, Tali & Benzi Weiner.
Unfortunately, two bottles out of five weren't pleasant and not so drinkable. But the other three were superb!
1995 Clos des Papes Châteauneuf-du-Pape 93 Points

Color: dark red-brwon with amber rim
Nose: developed secondary & tertiary wet-earth aromas
Palate: full body, still ripe fruits flavors, balanced tannins & bitterness, good level of acidity, live and enjoyable, with quality aftertaste.

2001 Domaine de la Janasse Châteauneuf-du-Pape Vieilles Vignes 94 Points

Color: dark red-purple
Nose: elegant classic CDP tertiary aromas with notes of ripe fruits & spicy herbs.
Palate: Solid body, high acidity level, excellent harmony, ample fruitiness, , garrigue, sofft and round tannin; excellent finish.
At peak now but still has several years to stay at its best.

2001 Domaine Pierre Usseglio & Fils Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée de mon Aïeul 95 Points

Color: dark red-brown
Nose: great elegant & qualitative tertiary floral & fruity aromas with notes of raspberry, cherries, of a wine at its best.
Palate: Full bodied, rich, savoury flavours, develops in the glass, balanced tannin, bitterness & acidity, good harmony, rich textures, long, spicy, plummy finish.
