Closing
most of the wines seemed too young and should be further aged.
Generally it feels that the CF from the Loire isn't rich and expressive as that of Bordeaux right-bank or some super-tuscan wines.

nose: dill and anise notes.
palate: med bodied, lean, short sense of fruits followed by thin herbal finish.

nose: of dark fruit and licorice.
palate: tight tannins, good acidity, med bodied, lean fruits, still young, med tight finish
