Light green.A nose of tangerine and lime.A grapefruit cocktail attack, sweet then bitter, aniseed, liquorice, long.
Light green with small bubbles (not very vigorous).A sour grapefruit nose.Good frothy mousse, there's bitterness and sweetness.
Lightish red.An interesting nose, compost, strawberries and mushrooms.Bitter, aggressive, still young, will soften.
Opaque, rich red.Musty, vegetal, cherry aromas.Quite a weighty wine.
Greenish gold.Sweet honey and butter nose.Off dry, honey sweetness, good acidity, medium length.
Deep green gold.Complex nose.Not intensely sweet, the overriding taste is dates.
