Plouzeau's chinon rose is always fresh and vibrant with nice strawberry and cream tones. I liked this one a lot, maybe a bit less focused than other vintages, but pretty good nonetheless.
Typically, this fruit is destined for the la Capitane cuvee, but 75 cases were bottled separately for Peter Weygandt. Very pretty pinot that was floral and red berry driven. Medium-weight, with nice acidity this was how you imagine Jura pinot to be.
So much iodine, olive, and dark fruit. Beautifully silky texture, with lots of florals and earth throughout. This is the 3rd bottle of this I've had and while not as powerful as the first two, this was in a great spot.

Bright, fresh and zippy. Nice peach and lemon flavors going on here with nice acidity on the finish.

Not as oaky as some of Manissy's Liracs, but a cooler profile that was quite nice. Spicy berries, some earth, and smoke. Great value.
