Wonderfully clean, fresh and mineral, so elegant and light yet intense, lovely salinity, just the right dose of ripe citrus fruit on the palate, very good length. Robert Andersson, the sommelier, remarked that he considers this the equal of a good Chablis and I agree with him.
100% Pinot Meunier. Pure, linear, very floral and fresh, lovely hint of spice, youthful, dry but with sufficient natural ripeness of fruit, good intensity and length.

A whopping 15.5% ABV. Rich, golden colour; deep nose, dominated by ripe grapes and spicy honey, supported by minerals and chamomile, mature but not oxidative, comes close to an old Côte des Blancs champagne; the palate is very unusual but fascinating, with a sweet honeyed richness that almost drenches the firm core of mineral freshness and acidity, ripe yellow apple flavours; very good length. Weird but wonderful.
Very lively and youthful appearance; light yet intense nose, wax, slate and peach, spicy rather than floral; off-dry and juicy palate, refreshing, still with bracing acidity; good length. Who would believe this was almost 20 years old? Effortless.

A fledgling but fascinating blend of ripe, almost exotic 2011 fruit, violets, earth and iron terroir, well-judged spicy oak and the quintessentially feminine style of Anne Gros. Light structure but perfectly judged tannic grip, creamy and attractive right now but hides many layers, qreat finesse. Has 15-20 years in it at least.
Pure and clean, forward, flower honey and rich Scheurebe, juicy and energetic, bright acidity, sweet, good length. Could do with a little more complexity.
