Very good quality Cremant. A lot more bang for the buck than a lot of NV Champagne out there.

On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, grippy medium+ tannins, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of earth, raspberry, red cherry. Medium+ finish. Fruit tasting a bit tired. Has the acidity and tannin to last longer, but I think the fruit will dry out before then. Could have been better a few years ago. Good quality. Drink up.
