great dinner starting with snail eggs and included everything from Santa Barbara Uni to A5 Wagyu. Great cooking throughout and wonderful time with 10 wine and food lovers around a single table and no one else in the restaurant.
1985 Moët & Chandon Champagne Cuvée Dom Pérignon
France, Champagne
I prefer more freshness in my bubbles. That being said if you prefer mature champagne this was drinking well. Nice fruit and depth.

1997 Salon Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut

Again a BdB. Nice wine with more fruit than the Selosse. I would drink this anytime but overpriced IMO.
