  Magnum. Very elegant, precise but with a lovely sense of generosity, ripe citrus and white flowers, silky, toast and a hint of red fruit, lovely complexity, very good length.

  Jeroboam. 100% Rolle, biodynamic viticulture, maceration pelliculaire, five months sur lie. Fresh and dry but juicy, cool and smoky minerality, perfumed, lavender and lily, ripe citrus, lovely varietal typicity, good length.

  Magnum. From Les Perrières, 100% Pinot Gris. Slightly reduced on the nose, quite resinous oak; dry and weighty palate, vinous but has lost its fruit, adequate acidity, supported by some warmth from the wood, decent length.

  Mathusalem. Wonderfully rich but lively appearance, full yellow with a golden sheen; evolved but still fresh nose, vegetables, hint of matchstick, deep minerality; the palate has good weight and ripeness, perfectly fresh and lively, gentle bitters, citrus, melon, vegetal note, hints of honey and blonde caramel; candy floss on the finish, very good length.

  Jeroboam. Lovely fruit definition, granite minerality, toasted spices, firm but ripe tannins, more skin than oak, warmth and freshness at the same time, lovely balance and length.

  Impériale. Mature but lively appearance, good depth of colour; freshness and evolution, complete and deep, spices and beef stock, warm and glowing, cinnamon, ripe red berries, transparent, vibrant and energetic, thinning on the palate, mineral but not drying, long. Really benefits from the large bottle size.

  Magnum. Rich but lively golden colour; wonderfully classical Sauternes nose, mature, peaches and honey, volatility, wood; full and weighty palate, rich and powerful, velvety and rich, very concentrated, firm oak bitters; floral lift on the finish, very good length.
