Horrible in every aspect. Unfriendly staff, lazy and uninformed. Uncomfortable place by the way.
Salted rancid almonds were served as a tapa. Never again.

All wines served by the glass from new bottles. I am lucky. Friendly, assertive staff.
- A couple of Galician Raw oysters (12/20)
- Razor clams and local red prawns (13/20) One of both excellent: fresh, savoury. The other one just crap.
- Candied artichokes with lime (1/20) Shameful and it was erased from my bill. Good reaction.
- Tuna Sashimi (12/20) Served a little warm when you have knowledge enough to resolve that ...
- Tatin pie (14/20) Well-made and perfectly balance between Apple, ice-cream and puff pastry. Nice.

A wine very young and therefore timid and coming from a vintage already suffocated.
Vibrant citric colour with faint aromas of unripe pear, apple and a empty bag of walnuts.
Sensation of glycerin on the palate with an acidity and a sense of alcohol that burns a little.
It may dance at the debutante ball but it will not triumph precisely because it's lack of elegance.
Un vino muy joven y por lo tanto tímido y encima de una añada ya de por si sofocada.
De un color cítrico vibrante con unos débiles aromas a pera inmadura, a manzana y a bolsa de nueces vacía.
Sensación de glicerina al paladar con una acidez y un sentido del alcohol que quema un poco.
Puede presentarse al baile de debutantes pero no triunfará precisamente por su elegancia.

NV Ayala Champagne Brut Majeur

Pretty evolved for a two years old disgorged Ayala.
Aromas of white chocolate, condensed milk and brioche. Elegant even. Nice mousse on the palate, quite long and savoury with a delicious aftertaste. Brilliant effort.
Bastante evolucionado para un Ayala de dos años.
Aromas a chocolate blanco, leche condensada y brioche. Elegante incluso. Buena mousse en boca, bastante largo y sabroso con un regusto delicioso. Un resultado brillante.
