Small glass, brief note. Broad array of apple with lemon tart. Very good depth and moderated sweetness that worked great with the post Peking duck fried rice.

Popped and poured as replacement for corked Boillot. Slightly reductive start, which quickly dissipated. Intensely floral with ripe orchard fruit aromas. Similar flavors with a faint tropical hint. Very powerful and convenient rated with great length as well, with a mineral flecked finish.

Great fill, great color. An old wine that never really came around to show much of anything. It did not fall apart, even after open a few hours, but was much more interesting than pleasurable.

Lots of apple with lemon peel hints. Very good length and energy, good density. As good and consistent as always. 2015 disgorgement.
