Similar flavors as before but, not sure why I didn't notice, there is a definite sweetness to this wine. Tech notes show .8% residual sugar.

Third time with this wine and I feel the same as before - tastes kinda soapy.

Not the best showing today, least favorite of our tasting. All I wrote was tastes like white grape juice. Perhaps a bad bottle?
Spritzy at first, dry with mineral and pear flavor. Light, yet flavorful in the mouth due to lees aging. Returned to this wine quite often.
Similar notes as before.
Good depth to the nose, which was kinda Bordeaux like, but lacks on the palate and finish. Didn't really hold up as the day progressed.
Very well done and well received by the tasting group. Loads of black cherry, plum, vanilla, spice, and pepper. Definite leans New World, yet there is a bit of Chinon in there. Would love to get more of this to write a better note.
