Couple of wines at Park90

Introduction
After the premoxed Roulot last time around, Park90 very kindly got in touch to arrange for a replacement. Alas, it was in the same condition as well, and that was the last bottle so it was finally replaced with the Leflaive.
Despite being a relatively new buyer to burgundy, I felt that the market price for these two wines (and countless other burgundies) make little sense after tasting them. But of course this is a perennial problem for burgundy and older heads might also have thought that 100€ a couple of years ago for these was unreasonable as well!
2015 Domaine Bernard Moreau et Fils Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru
Very tight and a little disjointed on opening, took about an hour to open up. A rounder style with a green apple note, but plenty of stuffing and acidity still. Was glorious for 15 minute period where everything came into balance before hibernating into its shell. More complexity than the Leflaive but not as pleasurable now.

2019 Domaine Leflaive Puligny-Montrachet 91 Points
France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet
A riper and more tropical nose compared to the Moreau, this was much better cold where the reductiveness and weightlessness on the finish shone through more. Became a little simple and one-note when warm.
