Menu wine pairing: Was so curious to taste it. Great wine with great potential, but still in a closed/muted phase and not yet fully at its peak. Lacks the electrifying energy that I noticed after release. But it has the piercing mineral core, the extract and acidity to re-gain it and become a 95+ wine. At the moment very good 93-94

Menu wine pairing: Beautiful Spätlese that has the typical 2011 issue: Very sweet and a bit broad only medium acidity. But it acommpanied the cheese quite well. 87-89
Menu wine pairing: Very fresh and youthful bottle. Wonderful integrated, ripe but electrifying acidity that balanced the residual sugar well. Very delicious and joyful to drink. 91
