A whopping 51 months on the fine lees. Wonderful salinity and minerality, clean and pure and bright, ripe grapes, soft and silky texture, quite ripe and a bit spicy on the finish.
Meaty, spicy depth, minerally freshness, ripe vegetal notes, more herbs than flowers, supple and fresh, almost completely resolved (skin) tannins, intense but elegant and hamonious style, palpable tuff on the finish, good length.
