Flight 1 (1 Note)

  • NV Bollinger Champagne Special Cuvée Brut 90 Points

    France, Champagne

A very good entry level champagne. On pouring, the champagne is light to medium gold with fine perlage. One the nose, the champagne smells like warm brioche, apple, vanilla, and lemon. On the palate, the champagne is dry with medium acidity and has notes of pear, lemon, dried floral (I think I taste jasmine), and yeast (warm or freshly baked brioche). Overall, the champagne is a great entry level champagne that is well balanced. It's vibrant and ready to drink now, especially in this hot summer we're having.
