All Flights tasted blind and no clues was given to any Region or vintage or grape variety.
Most got it wrong for the grape variety, vintage.
For the Burgundy whites, most got it correct that its from Puligny Montrachet.
70% got it correct while some guess its Italian.
A joker bottle Vogue Chambolle Musigny was placed in between the flight. No one guess it correctly.
The best flight so far with majority preferring this flight.
The WOTN for me is Michel Niellon Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge for its perfuming and aromatic nose. Did not manage to collate the WOTN for majority.
NV Jacques Selosse Champagne Exquise Sec 96 Points
France, Champagne
Pronounced nose with notes of yeasty, brioche, sweet biscuit, distinct white chocolate, tropical fruits. Sweet but well balanced by the high acidity. 24g of dosage which is considered as Sec than Demi Sec which require 32g min. As compared, Cristal is only 8g, so those who like Brut nature, or extra brut will not like this.

Pronounced nose intensity with notes of red apple, pear, lemon, biscuit, mineral, yeasty. High acidity and long finish. First time drinking Prevost, also know for King of Meunier grapes champagne.

2007 Pierre Péters Champagne Grand Cru Cuvée Speciale Blanc de Blancs Les Chetillons 91 Points
France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru
I remember the last I tasted this, I give a high score of 97 6 months ago. And both from same source, unfortunately this bottle is more advanced and show sign of oxidation. Notes of bruised apple, nutty, barnyard. I thought it was a 1980s champagne when tasted blind. Hopefully able to revisit this bottle again.
